“Therapist: Someone who joins you in your deepest darkness with a flashlight to help you find your way out”

― unknown

I am a therapist, but I am also human, that means I don’t have all the answers; but I will work with you so that we can find them together. I believe every person is the expert in their own life, I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you discover what may be the best choice for you by combining your experiences with my knowledge and training. Therapy is a journey, and sometimes in therapy things get harder before they get better, but that’s nature of change.
