“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”

– Carl Rogers

“Vulnerability is no winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it is our greatest measure of courage.”

Brené Brown

Deciding to enter therapy takes a lot of courage and strength. I hope to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and are comfortable enough to share your life authentically with me. In my view, therapy as a place where everyone should have space to be who they are, without judgment or scrutiny, and to receive compassion unconditionally. I believe each client deserves individualized care to meet them where they are at, and supportive guidance to help get them get to where they want to be. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I will be along for the journey letting you guide the sessions rather than imposing my own agenda onto our work.
