My Approach & Values

Brienne is a dedicated Associate Clinical Social Worker who is committed to supporting individuals on their unique mental health journeys. With a keen interest in facilitating personal growth, Brienne offers her expertise to those seeking to achieve their goals and embark on a path of self-discovery. She has a particular interest in serving a diverse clientele, including adolescents, young adults, individuals recovering from trauma, and couples.

Originally from a small, rural community in the southern Central Valley, Brienne’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Plant Science, aimed at a career in the Agriculture industry. However, life’s unpredictable nature steered her towards a profound passion for human services, cultivated over a decade of public service. Balancing her roles as a full-time professional, wife, and mother, Brienne earned her Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. This challenging journey underscores her belief in the value of perseverance and the sweetness of hard-earned achievements.

As a married mother of three, Brienne deeply understands the complexities of managing life’s joys and stresses while striving to provide stability for loved ones. She believes that how we respond to life’s challenges and leverage them for growth profoundly reflects our character.

In her therapeutic practice, Brienne employs a variety of approaches, tailoring her methods to meet the individual needs of her clients. She draws inspiration from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, advocating for a personalized approach to therapy.

With over a decade of experience in social services, Brienne has contributed to a broad spectrum of roles, from welfare fraud diversion to mentoring incarcerated youth. At the heart of her professional ethos is the conviction that assistance should be readily available to those who seek it with honesty.

Brienne’s diverse background and holistic approach to social work underscore her commitment to fostering resilience, promoting healing, and supporting individuals in achieving their fullest potential.
