Thank you for being here and taking this step toward your well-being.
My name is Jasmine Gomez, and I’m a therapist at Central Valley Family Therapy. I draw from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), grounding techniques, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.

I strive to create a respectful, relaxed, and supportive environment where our conversations can flow naturally. Whether we’re exploring coping skills or diving into deeper work, my goal is to make therapy meaningful and impactful across all areas of your life.

My Approach & Values

Jasmine is an Associate Clinical Social Worker 128757 with her Masters in Social Work from Grand Canyon University. Jasmine graduated from San Jose State University for her undergraduate degree in Sociology with an emphasis on community change, with a double minor in Philosophy and Human Rights.

Jasmine is from Madera, California and has a huge heart for her central valley community when it comes to all things social justice, empowerment, advocation, and more. Jasmine’s community is the main reason she chose the majors she did in undergraduate and graduate schooling. With a background in private practice and county behavioral health, she is experienced with adults, children, some family units, and teenagers. Jasmine’s main goal in life is to help those who are in need and shine some lights while empowering them and their needs. Jasmine has a speciality in self love, self compassion, trauma informed care, art therapy, and more. Jasmine is a huge empath and is confident that is her best trait while still following professional and ethical boundaries. Jasmine brings an open mind to sessions and can connect in many ways to her patients.

In her free time, Jasmine enjoys going to the gym, playing with her dogs, and binge watching shows with her Husband. For self care she loves hanging out with her family, best friends family, and her niece and nephews. Jasmine enjoys the winter and fall time but loathes summer. Jasmine also enjoys eating spicy food, having too much caffeine, and sweet treats late at night.
