“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we‘ll ever do” – Brene Brown

Welcome, my name is Adriana. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel supported in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe meaningful healing and growth occur when people feel genuinely heard and understood. I have experience working with foster children and adults navigating mental health challenges and addiction, which has deepened my appreciation for the unique complexities individuals and families face. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, empowering clients to build insight, develop effective coping tools, and move toward meaningful change. My style is warm, client-centered, and supportive, encouraging authenticity, self-understanding, and resilience while honoring each person’s pace and personal goals.
