“We need to give each other the space to grow, to be ourselves, to exercise our diversity. We need to give each other space so that we may both give and receive such beautiful things as ideas, openness, dignity, joy, healing, and inclusion.” - Max De Pree

Hello! My name is Ashley Lewis, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. My integrative approach draws from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing me to tailor each session to your unique story and stage of healing. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and supported as we navigate your journey toward growth and well-being together.

My Approach & Values

Ashley Lewis is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. She is passionate about meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, supportive space that fosters healing and growth.

Ashley earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fresno. Born and raised in Fresno, she is deeply connected to her community and committed to making a positive impact. Her counseling journey began with underserved populations in the Fresno area, and she continues to volunteer and seek opportunities to serve others.

Grounded in a person-centered approach, Ashley integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to promote self-understanding, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. She strives to create a nonjudgmental environment that highlights each client’s strengths and values, empowering them to share their stories and take active steps toward personal growth.

Ashley enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Outside of therapy, she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, being with her family, and exploring new podcasts that inspire balance and reflection.
