Welcome. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy is a collaborative process in which we work together to better understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and often incorporate person-centered and cognitive behavioral approaches in my work. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My Approach & Values

Ester is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful personal growth. She believes therapy is a collaborative process in which therapist and client work together to better understand life experiences, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies to achieve meaningful goals. Ester strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Born and raised in Fresno, California, Ester has a strong connection to the Central Valley community and is passionate about providing accessible and compassionate mental health care. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminology from California State University, Fresno, and later completed her graduate degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling at Fresno State. Her education and training have helped shape her commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

In her clinical work, Ester takes an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s journey and needs are unique. She incorporates evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence in their ability to manage life’s challenges. Ester is passionate about helping clients gain insight, develop resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Outside of her professional work, Ester enjoys spending time with family, staying active through exercise, and maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.
