“Growth takes time, but every moment you choose to show up for yourself is a step toward healing.” — Unknown Author

Hi, I’m Jason! I’m so glad you’re here. I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, take a deep breath, and start making sense of what’s been weighing on your mind and heart. My goal is to create a warm, calm, and collaborative space where you feel truly supported, understood, and free to explore your story without judgment. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and a stronger sense of balance in your life.

My Approach & Values

Jason believes therapy offers a meaningful space to slow down, take a breath, and begin making sense of life’s challenges. His goal is to create a calm, collaborative environment where clients feel supported, understood, and free to explore their experiences without judgment.

He views therapy as a partnership built on curiosity, honesty, and growth. Whether clients are feeling stuck, healing from painful experiences, or seeking to strengthen relationships, Jason helps them uncover inner strengths and develop practical tools for lasting change. His style is grounded and authentic—direct when needed, yet always compassionate and respectful of each client’s pace and process.

Jason is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned his Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento.

Originally from California, Jason’s diverse background fostered a deep appreciation for how culture, family, and environment shape our perspectives and experiences. Growing up in a community that valued resilience and connection continues to inform his belief that healing happens through understanding our stories and learning to rewrite them with intention and compassion.

Jason works with children, adolescents, teens, and adults, providing a supportive and engaging space to navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and find meaning in life’s transitions. His clinical approach integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), blending empathy with evidence-based techniques to foster growth and well-being.
