"The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination." – Carl Rogers

Welcome, and thank you for considering therapy as a step toward growth and healing. I am committed to providing a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore and address challenges in a way that aligns with your unique needs and goals. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, I tailor each session to empower you on your journey toward lasting transformation, greater peace, and a renewed sense of purpose. Together, we will work at your pace to create meaningful change in a compassionate and affirming environment.

My Approach & Values

Kaitlin is a dedicated mental health professional committed to supporting individuals on their journey of healing and self-discovery. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Addiction Treatment Services from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

Growing up in a small town in California’s Central Valley, Kaitlin witnessed the challenges of limited access to mental health care and the stigma surrounding therapy. Her personal experiences with anxiety and her passion for bridging these gaps inspired her to pursue a career focused on providing accessible, culturally sensitive, and effective mental health support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Kaitlin takes a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. She incorporates various evidence-based modalities, including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychoanalytic techniques, to create individualized plans that foster growth and healing. While her professional focus has been on supporting children and women who have experienced trauma, Kaitlin is deeply committed to working with clients from all walks of life.

Believing in therapy as a collaborative process, Kaitlin emphasizes the client’s expertise in their own life, providing guidance and support to empower lasting, positive change. Her ultimate goal is to help clients build resilience, find their strengths, and create meaningful transformation.
