Central Valley Family Therapy is a mental health organization built on the values of community, unity, and passion.  Our group formed in 2017 and throughout time has become a community of expert providers offering dynamic treatments and compassionate care to meet the needs of our patients – the people in the communities in which we serve.

As a clinician at Central Valley Family Therapy, we want you to focus on what’s most important – treating and caring for our patients. Which is why we have a team dedicated to handling all the administrative aspects of therapy: credentialing, scheduling, billing, and marketing. This extended support gives you the time and space you need to be present and engaged with our patients.

You’ll also enjoy support from your colleagues during small-group case consultation weekly meetings. These location-based groups are an intimate way to collaborate with other therapists and build community and friendship.

What you’ll do

The Licensed Mental Health Clinician candidate will provide telehealth and office-based therapy services to clients ages birth to adulthood.  Central Valley Family Therapy clinicians have the flexibility to work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

This is a full-time position: clinicians provide a minimum of 25 patient service (patient face-to- face) hours per week.  Also included, weekly, is up to 15 hours of paid administrative time, for case management, documentation, and consultation meetings.

What you’ll bring

  • A License- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist
  • Requisite degree and active independent CA state licensure

This position pays a base rate plus commission.
