Hi, I’m Manu, and I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself, speaking openly, and feeling truly heard and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my approach is warm, curious, and compassionate while also incorporating honesty and gentle directness when it may help you gain a new perspective or move forward. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, and discover new ways of navigating life’s challenges. Ultimately, I hope therapy helps you deepen your understanding of yourself, feel more confident in navigating difficult moments, and create meaningful, lasting change.
