Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Meli. As Central Valley Family Therapy’s (CVFT) Executive Assistant to the CEO, she is responsible for all office procedures, and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.

Meli has been with Central Valley Family Therapy since its inception in 2017.  She believes that Central Valley Family Therapy is such a unique organization because the team shares a common vision for excellence and has never grown too big to not know each patient personally.

Her efforts in coordinating the schedules of all of staff has resulted in her being promoted several times within the organization, where she has been able to make several contributions to support CVFT’s departments to run smoothly and efficiently.

Meli continues to work hard for CVFT by supporting the CEO in developing improved management systems for calendar planning, human resource management and accounting activities.  Her efforts keep an open channel of communication within and between all departments.  Her supportive efforts have also resulted in a clear increase in the efficiency between all levels of the organization.  Meli has a heart for helping others and truly enjoys serving our patients and supporting our therapists.  Meli is bilingual and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
