"Sensitivity is a superpower. It’s the ability to see the world differently, to feel deeply, and to
respond with compassion. It’s not something to hide, but to celebrate and harness for good.”
-Judith Orloff

Welcome! I’m Shannon, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am dedicated to supporting you on your path toward healing and personal growth. As a therapist, I recognize the profound challenges life can present, whether you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, or navigating complex relationships with narcissistic individuals. My primary goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, understood, and respected—where your emotional sensitivity is valued, and together, we can work toward creating the fulfilling life you deserve.

My Approach & Values

Shannon is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in working with empathetic individuals, women, and adolescents. Her therapeutic approach is shaped by both her personal and professional experiences, and she is deeply committed to supporting clients who navigate the world with heightened empathy and emotional awareness.

Shannon focuses on helping women and teens who are dealing with issues related to self-esteem, rejection, trauma, depression, anxiety, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. Additionally, she provides support to individuals facing parenting and co-parenting challenges, helping them manage the emotional complexities of raising children while maintaining their own emotional well-being. Shannon also offers career planning and development services, particularly for those struggling with toxic workplaces or seeking new professional paths. Her goal is to help clients reconnect with their sense of purpose and empower them to make meaningful, transformative changes in their lives.

Her therapeutic style incorporates a multimodal approach, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Shannon believes in tailoring her methods to each individual, recognizing that every client’s journey is unique and requires a personalized approach to foster growth and healing.
