“The way we live our lives is influenced by the stories we tell ourselves”.

“Change is possible, but we don’t randomly change. We can intentionally change if we know what needs to be addressed and recognize the patterns. "

Dr. Bruce Perry M.D., Ph.D.

I believe the therapeutic relationship begins in a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I am therapist with a narrative orientation who will walk alongside you in your journey of self-reflection and discovery. With unconditional positive regard, I will challenge and support you during the introspective process to assist you in reauthoring your own story and begin working towards creating the positive change you desire within yourself.

My Approach & Values

Nicole Castillo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has experience working with diverse populations.
